According to reviews, the story of the movie Kala Shah Kala revolves around 2 youngsters Lovely (Binnu Dhillon) and Pammi (Sargun Mehta). Lovely is a happy go guy but struggles to find his love due to his dark complexion. On the otherside Pammi is the girl all he dreamt off, but the girl thinks totally different. Although before getting married to Pammi, Lovely has to prove complexion/ color is not everything, the only thing that matter is heart and soul.

Directed by Amarjit Singh, the movie has a strong message but somewhere it leaves the audience with few minus points. Although the acting is good but somehow it leaves less impact on the audience as compared to its subject.
Although one can watch the same for some laugh, fun and a strong message during Valentine’s day 2019.
