As per the audience review, the story of Guddiyan Patole revolves around Kash (Sonam Bajwa) and Nikol (Tania), the 2 sisters who land in India from London to meet their maternal family. And after their visit, they meet their grandmother, who is upset with their mother. But they both try to make her happy by taking her along in a tour to Chandigarh. In between the driver named Amreek Singh (Gurnam Bhullar) fall in love with one of the sister.
